Caroline has always had a love for people and has taken this passion into her work with CIRENAS and Ario Ranch Expeditions working with the local community and the Caletas-Ario Nature Reserve. She attended boarding school at Deerfield Academy and graduated from Cornell University in 2003 with a BA in communications and a minor in Latin American Studies.
After college she worked as a Special Events Manager for charities organizations and not for profit foundations. She has extensive experience in public relations, marketing and logistics coordination for a wide range of events including her current positions as the Communication Director of CIRENAS and President of Ario Ranch Expeditions. Because Caroline is an active board member of AYESA, the company that manages Ario Ranch, all research, suggestions and future projects can be directly communicated through her to the other board members thereby shortening what can be at other research stations a lengthy chain of communication.
